Minimum contact time – 6 hours
Course comprising a minimum of 6 hours of practical and theoretical training covering responsibilities; assessment of the situation; first aid hygiene; resuscitation; anatomy; choking; bleeding; shock; epilepsy;minor injuries and dealing with an unresponsive casualty.

Ofqual approved course. All successful students will be issued an FAW certificate lasting for 3 years. This FAW course covers all aspects of basic life support including CPR, bleeding, unconsciousness, choking, head injuries, sprains and strains and a vast range of First Aid conditions that you may experience in the workplace.
Additional training in the following subjects: Crush Injuries, Hypothermia/Exposure, Lyme Disease and Catastrophic Bleeding using Tourniquets, Haemostats and Compression Bandages (including Chain Saw Injuries and Gun Shot Wounds) and Casualty Evacuation Planning.
Minimum contact time – 16 hours
16 hour course (20 Guided Learning Hours) including the following: Adult BLS in the outdoors; Limb Injuries in the outdoors; Head, Neck or Torso injuries in the outdoors; medical conditions or sudden illness in the outdoors; incidents involving activity or environmental factors in the outdoors.
Minimum contact time – 12 hours
Level 3 First Aid course designed for those who have an interest in child and baby Basic Life Support governed by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or OFSTED. This course covers life-threatening conditions including CPR, bleeding control and choking.
